Greensheet downloads.

The following are links to PDF documents. They are organized pages one to five. Also included here are links to the software I have mentioned that works well in conjunction.

A brief description of how this tool works is as follows.

Each item on the first three pages or GreenSheets has a code in the left column that corresponds to a item in the MyInvoice software. The code is typed in the program, it is a shortcut to the item listed in the database. The item then appears and you can enter in the quantity. And then so on line after line. You can also enter your own price per item if you like. The program can be set to learn items and codes as you enter them if you like.

The fourth page is used for parts, labor and misc. charges. The fourth page is also a tally sheet. First you add up all the parts, cost and list and enter the totals. Then add up all the other parts. Then paint & materials. The basic idea here is that you obtain the paint materials and body supply total on the first two pages. Of course the totals could be broken down if you want. One total for paint materials and another for body repair supplies. This can come in handy if you need to split the charges. One for paint and another for body supplies. Then add up all the misc and sublet. Then all the other charges. Some Items on page four can be calculated using another separate software program, but it is not necessary. The MyInvoice program can do everything for you. Also add up all the labor cost, hours actually worked and total it. I multiply the labor hours by my cost per hour and also enter that in first row as cost. The following rows are used for retail prices of labor. The bottom of page four is where you figure cost and retail, percentage of profit etc.

A separate inventory control program can help you keep track of everything you have in stock in your shop. I use the MyInvoice software only as a list price per item or ounce database. I use the inventory program to track larger quantities, gallons, quarts etc. along with all the other materials and small parts I buy. I use the reports from the inventory program in physical accounting practices of the business. MyInvoice is not suited for physical inventory tracking. It is the inventory program I use to look up prices for parts that were taken out of our stock, hardware, clips etc. and to print invoices for them if needed.  Auveco, Kent and others have a program to help with this but as I found out. Those programs do not function the way I really needed them to.

Page five is for quality control purposes.
