Rod Shop Inc. hereby provides a Limited Warranty on repairs performed by the shop. This Limited Warranty is valid only for as long as you own the vehicle stated herein, and is for the person to whom this Limited Warranty is granted and whose name appears herein and on the original repair order. This is a labor only, fragmented four part Limited Warranty and stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are stated hereafter:

1. Metalwork: Rod shop inc. provides __ No warranty, __1 year, __2 year, __3 year,__Lifetime Limited Warranty on all metalwork, to include welding and application of materials utilized in metalwork against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs. Rod Shop Inc. will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made while the present owner stated herein owns the vehicle, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

2. Painting, Stripes and Decals: Rod Shop Inc. provides __ No warranty, __1 year, __2 year, __3 year,__Lifetime Limited Warranty on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation, and, __ No warranty, __1 year Limited Warranty on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding those defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. Rod Shop Inc. will re-prime, repaint, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby excluding rust repair, at its sole option, when claim is made within the effective date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle. Paint Warranty is valid only over original factory finishes that are free of defect.

3. Mechanical Repairs: Rod Shop Inc. provides __No Warranty,__30 day,__90 Day Warranty,__1 Year,__Lifetime Warranty on all mechanical repairs. Rod Shop Inc. will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made with in the effective date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of vehicle.

4. Parts: Rod Shop Inc. disclaims and provides no additional warranty on parts other than the manufacturers or suppliers warranty on NEW, ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURED (OEM), LIKE KIND QUALITY (LKQ) USED or IMITATION, AFTERMARKET (A/M) parts installed by Rod Shop Inc. In addition, LKQ, USED and IMITATION or AFTERMARKET parts or parts supplied by another mfg. or supplier other than the original equipment mfg. are subject to that other mfg's. / suppliers warranty and non others. The warranty provided by Rod Shop Inc. will not for any reason or under any circumstances exceed the mfg's. / suppliers warranty unless described herein

This Written Warranty shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by Warranty Grantor. This Warranty is not transferable.

Specifically Excluded:

A: Incidental costs, such as, but not limited to, towing fees, car rental charges, loss of use, travel expenses, lost wages or pay, damage to other assemblies or components including consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from the repair or replacements, defective parts or installation of such parts

B. Surface rust, rust through, and /or damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior panels is not covered.

C. Paint damage caused by car washes, chemicals, acid rain or fall out of any kind, including excessive environmental conditions. Chipping of the finish due to rocks, or other road damage of any kind. Pitting from bugs, tar, or other types of road grime. Peeling due to use of vinyl protectants, silicone, high pressure water or air. Cracking of the finish on bumpers due to impact or flexing beyond normal limits. Or any other cause related to use of car covers, bras, waxes, sealants, neglect, abuse or lack of maintenance.

D. Any failure related to the use and or performance of body filler, seam sealer, adhesive or other filler or surfacer.

E. Any failure due to off road use, or commercial use of any kind.

Customers Obligations: In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the owner of the vehicle must do the following:

A. Present the owners copy of this warranty document, proper identification along with proof of vehicle ownership and the original repair order to the warrantor before requesting warranted repairs or parts, and

B. Demonstrate the claim to warrantor in a timely manor. Failure to promptly report and have warranty claim addressed by the Grantor will void this warranty

C. Have any warranted inspection repair, adjustment, or replacements made only at the premises of the warrantor during normal business hours.

All Warranties implied by law, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby limited to the warranty period herein and shall expire at the end of such period.
